By this application, the applicants seek leave to file 1/3

separate appeal through a private Advocate as per Practice Note No.53 of the High Court (Appellate Side) Rules, against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli. 3.

Initially, the applicant had filed Criminal Appeal (ST) No. 6236 of 2022 alongwith the another co-accused. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to file a separate appeal in terms of Practice Note No.53 of the High Court (Appellate Side) Rules.

Since certified copy of the Judgment and Order dated 25th August, 2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No. 49 of 2016 has been filed in the aforesaid criminal appeal, we permit the applicants to file a photocopy of the said judgment. 6.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
