It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, though he had filed his Application for parole leave on 4th November, 2011, the police submitted its report after three months. That, on subsequent occasion when he filed an Application for furlough leave on 26th April, 2012, the Police personnel attached to office of Superintendent of Police, Ratnagiri submitted its report 13 months late i.e. on 10th June 2013. That, the said acts of Police personnel attached to office of Superintendent of Police, Ratnagiri caused innumerable legal harm to the Petitioner in availing and/or exercising lawful rights. 2.
In view thereof, we hereby direct Superintendent of Police, District Ratnagiri and the Collector/District Magistrate, Ratnagiri to instruct 1/2
CAJ 43-Wp-4888-2014.odt all its sub-ordinate officers to follow rules and regulations framed thereof scrupulously for avoiding undue harassment which resulted into violation of rights of Petitioner within stipulated time therein.
