It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner that the question whether B.Ed. Degree of Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh is recognized or not is still not decided by the Universities Grant Commission. He submitted that the order dated 5/11/2012 passed in Writ Petition No.10053 of 2012 may be reviewed.

In our view, it is not possible to accept the said

2/2 RPW/85/2015 submission. In para 5 of the said order it is merely stated that this Court declines to interfere in these proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution and further liberty was granted to the Petitioner to make appropriate representation to the Management and to the Education Officer. It is clarified that in the event representation is not accepted, Petitioner may challenge the said order. According to the Petitioner, he has obtained the B.Ed. Degree from Mumbai University and he has mentioned this fact in the said representation. Representation of the Petitioner be decided expeditiously and if any adverse order is passed, Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 4.
