The petitioner requested for his transfer to the open prison. It appears that his prayer was not favourably considered. In case, still the grievance of the petitioner subsists, the concerned authority once again, keeping in view the prayer of the petitioner, to take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 20 weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order.
