Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing the Family Court Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 14th March, 2013 passed by Family Court at Nashik under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in Petition No. A 431 of 2013.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application as under:­ Aswale 1/2
