Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Perused the prayers made in the Petition. The Petitioner is Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), Solapur. 2.

The grievance is as regards the deletion of entries of the names of flat purchasers appearing in the revenue record as well as in the property register card. Whether the names of the flat purchasers can be entered as holders or kabjedar depends on the facts and circumstances of each case. Therefore, those who have a grievance regarding the deletion of entries will have to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
