After arguing the application for some time, Mr. Bodake, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with a liberty to take out separate applications, one for bringing legal representatives of Meena Anil Lavand and another for seeking leave to appeal on behalf of legal representatives of Meena Anil Lavand.
