Learned counsel for the respondents states that in view of the flood situation at Kolhapur, his client has not submitted calculation of the

ppn 2 501.wp-435.13.doc amount to the Chartered Accountant appointed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and seeks extension of time.

The respondents are directed to submit calculation of the amount to the Chartered Accountant appointed by the Registrar (Judicial) within three weeks from today and shall serve a copy thereof upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously.

Learned Chartered Accountant appointed by the Registrar (Judicial) shall complete the process of calculation of the amount as directed by this Court in the judgment dated 2nd July 2019 within two weeks thereafter. If the respondents do not submit their calculation within the stipulated time, the Chartered Accountant to decide the computation after considering the calculation submitted by the petitioner and shall comply with the judgment dated 2nd July 2019. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. R.D.DHANUKA, J.
