Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that Demand Draft of Rs.86,796/- of Bank of Maharashtra in the name of Registrar, High Court, Bombay, Appellate Side, Mumbai was issued on 5th September, 2024. However, as the date of the Demand Draft was after a period of 8 weeks granted by a learned Single Judge by order dated 19th June 2024, the same was again revalidated on 2nd June, 2025. He therefore, seeks extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by a learned Single Judge by order dated 19th June, 2024 passed in Second Appeal No.445 of 2017 in Civil Application No.572 of 2016.

Accordingly, time is extended till 10th August, 2025 for deposit of Vaibhav Page No. 1

It is further directed that the RespondentMaharashtra State Electricity Board, Bombay can withdraw the said amount of Rs.86,796/, subject to Respondent filing undertaking that the said amount will be deposited in this Court, as and when this Court directs deposit of said amount with interest, if any. 3.

Time to submit the paper book as granted by order dated 19th June, 2024 by a learned Single Judge is extended till 30th September, 2025.
