By this Civil Application, the Applicant/claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 270 days in fling the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 24 August 2016 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gadhinglaj, in M.A. Claim No.08 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfed that the Applicant has made out for passing the following order.
