With the assistance of learned AGP, we have gone through the memo of the petition and the relevant exhibits. This petition is iled in the year 2023. Challenge is to the impugned notice / communication dated 7th November 2022 issued by the respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education.

This petition is iled by the Solapur Social Association. The Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

11-96-2023-CWP=.doc petitioners are trying to espouse the cause, which pertains to individual grievance.

In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. It is open for the aggrieved Assistant Teachers to seek appropriate remedies if they are aggrieved by the show-cause notice. Moreover, the Deputy Director of Education has only issued the showcause notice. It is open for the concerned to raise all possible objections in response to the show-cause notice, including the authority of Deputy Director of Education to initiate such action. Liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage. 5.
