Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 53 days in filing Civil Application for recalling the order dated

2/2 CAO/275/2015 07/09/2015 passed by the Registrar, (Judicial-II). Since the Misc. Application for transfer was dismissed for non-removal of office objections and no notice was issued to the Respondents, it is not necessary to issue notice on this application to the Respondents.

Delay of 53 days caused in filing this application is condoned for the reasons stated in paras 5 and 6 of the application. For the reasons stated in para 4 of the application, the order dated 07/09/2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is recalled and the Misc. Civil Application is restored to the File.

Civil Application No.275 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of.
