This is an application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.1, since deceased, on record. Respondent No.1 died on 23/12/2012 leaving behind respondents 1a and 1b. Office remark shows that respondent No.1a is served through his daughter­in­law and respondent No.1b is served personally. Despite service, they have not entered appearance. They have not filed reply opposing the application. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 1/2
