The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition with further liberty to file a fresh petition on the legal aspects of the matter.

It appears that the legal points were not raised in the present petition and therefore, instead of amending the petition, the learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw / replace the same by filing a fresh petition. V.A. Tikam 1/2

Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The fresh petition shall be filed within two weeks. In the eventuality that the fresh petition is not filed within two weeks, no further petition will be entertained by this Court.
