Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the appeal bearing No.60 of 2014 filed by the petitioners itself is decided finally by the Divisional Joint Registrar and the said appeal is rejected. Nothing survives in this writ petition. A copy of the order is placed on board for consideration of this Court.
