Petition is placed by the Registry for speaking to the minutes of Judgment and Order dated 19 October 2023. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent pointed out that in paragraph No.2, line No.2 of the Judgment and Order dated 19 October 2023, the date '08 November 2010' be corrected as '08 November 2019'. Accordingly in paragraph No.2, line No.2 the date '08 November 2010' be corrected as '08 November 2019'.

It is also pointed out that in Clause (iii) of paragraph No.16 of the Judgment and Order, the word 'Respondent Corporation' is required to be replaced by the word 'Petitioner-Corporation. Accordingly
