This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. 2.

The impugned Judgment and Decree is dated 3rd August 2022. Thereafter, the Respondent No.1 passed away on 4th October 2022 and the Second Appeal is lodged on 28th November 2022. Thus, the application is within time. 3.
