1. This application has been listed before this Court, as the application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail, praying for issuance of directions to the Trial Court for expediting Sessions Case No.64 of 2012 pending before the Sessions Court, Solapur.

2. Pursuant to the notice issued by the us, the Learned APP tenders before us the Affidavit. It appears that C.R. No.89 of 2011 was registered by Madha Police Station against the Applicant and other co­accused for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120­B of the I.P.C. on 14.10.2011. After registration of the crime, the investigation was transferred to the Local Crime Branch, Solapur Rural and charge­sheet was accordingly filed. J.M.F.C. Court at Madha committed case to

Chittewan 2/2 15.appln 712-14 the Court of Sessions and According to the Applicant till today, the prosecution has examined about 16 witnesses. Though the list of the cited witnesses is of 67 witnesses, the Learned APP has informed that the prosecution would be examining about 15 more witnesses. It is also stated that trial is fixed on 11.02.2015 for examination of other witnesses.

3. In the light of affidavit­in­reply, in our opinion, no further directions are necessary, nor it is necessary to grant any time bound programme. We, therefore, dismiss this application, with a direction to the Sessions Court, Solapur to ensure that Sessions Case No. 64 of 2012 is expeditiously decided. Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the Applicant is quantified at Rs.3,000/­.
