Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The Petitioner is son of deceased Sabera Abdulhamid Shaikh and Abdulhamid Mohammad Shaikh. Both are no more. Sabera Shaikh was working as Assistant Teacher with Respondent No. 11- Management. The Petitioner's father Abdulhamid Mohammad Shaikh was working as a Clerk with the Respondent- Management. The Petitioner was dependent on his father and he suffers from 50% permanent disability. The Petitioner is before us because pensionary benefits in respect of either of his parents is not being paid to the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the Management, Respondent- Zilla

Husen 2 46 WP-15696-2023 (C).doc Parishad and the learned AGP state that procedural compliances are required to process the pension papers of both the parents of the Petitioner.

This is a matter of coordination between these authorities and it is not for this Court to direct how the coordination takes place. We place the responsibility on Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Satara who will call for necessary information/papers from Respondent- Management, who will cooperate by furnishing all necessary papers. The Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad will also coordinate with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune as well Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Pune. It is open to the Chief Executive Officer to nominate one officer from Zilla Parishad for carrying out the coordination. 4.

After all the procedural compliances are so made and if the Petitioner is found eligible, necessary orders of releasing pension/family petition to the Petitioner be passed within the period of four months from today subject to other pressing public duties. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of.
