Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.382 of 2022 dated 03/11/2022, registered with Karkamb Police Station, District Solapur, under sections 307 1/3

and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

I am informed by the learned APP that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the victim suffered grievous injury. The injury allegedly suffered by the victim was on account of the prick of the injection which was given by the applicant.

There is nothing to indicate that the injection which was allegedly administered posed any health hazard to the applicant or it was harmful to the life or limb. The patient was discharged from the hospital, he was conscious oriented. By order dated 02/02/2023, the applicant was granted interim protection. The same is confirmed. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(a) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R. No.382 of 2022, registered with Karkamb Police Station, District Solapur, the applicantBalaji Shivaji Kadam shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; 2/3

(b) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called;

(c) The applicant to co-operate with the Investigating Officer;

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
