Not on Board. At the request of Mr. Lanjekar, taken up in production board. Heard Mr.Rupesh Lanjekar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Lanjekar has tendered affidavit dated 4.2.2016 made by

(1) Yadagiri Rajmogali Racharia and (2) Shri Nagnath Chandrayya Gurram, partners of the petitioner-firm. In paragraph 2 of that affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner-firm is accepting the reasons assigned by the learned trial Judge in the impugned order and that it has no grievance against the said order. In view of the same, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the said petition Affidavit is take on record and marked "X" for identification. Mr Lanjekar states that Mr. Yadagiri Racharia and Mr Nagnath Gurram are present in the court. He has tendered photocopy of identity card of Yadagiri Racharia issued by Election Commission

2 / 2 WP/12764/2015 of India and photocopy of Aadhaar card of Mr. Nagnath Gurram which is taken on record and marked "Y" collectively. 3.

On the motion made by Mr. Lanjekar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.
