The claim in this petition was for grant of approval to the appointment of Petitioner as shikshan sevak with effect from 1st January 2011. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has produced before us copy of the order dated 21st December 2019. The approval to the appointment of Petitioner has been granted with effect from 1st January 2011. The grievance of the Petitioner, therefore, stands redressed. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
