Mr.Sawant, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.70,000/- against a sum of Rs.79,212.57 calculated by the respondent no.1 due and payable by the petitioner to the respondent no.1 till 30th September, 2018 to the respondent towards the dues arising out of the proceedings which are the subject matters of this writ petition within six weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 on instruction from Mr.Anil M.Vishwasrao, secretary of the respondent no.1 who is present in court agrees to accept the said amount in full and final settlement provided the same is paid within six weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 2.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be

kvm 2/2 16-WP7480.17 granted. If the amount is not paid within six weeks from today, writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. The respondent no.1 in that event shall be entitled to execute the order for entire dues payable by the petitioner in accordance with the impugned order.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
