This is an application for restoration of the Revision Application No. 379 of 2016 which was dismissed for non compliance of Order dated 6th October 2017 passed by this Court. There is delay of 17 days in filing the present application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, due to miscommunication and misunderstanding she could not furnish spare copies in Registry on or before 13th October 2017. She further submitted that, if the Revision Application is restored, she will comply with the directions issued by Order dated 6th October 2017 within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted. 3.

Perusal of the application would indicate that, sufficient cause 1/2

5-cac-144-2018.doc is made out for condonation of delay and restoration of the application. In view thereof, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

It is made clear that, if the applicant fails to furnish spare copies in the Registry within a period of two weeks from today, Revision Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. (A. S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
