At the outset, learned APP on instructions from the investigating officer, Mr. Dhayagude, who is present in Court states that the question of arresting the Appellants does not arise,
APEAL 1321-18 (common order).doc since the police have filed 'B' Summary Report on 14.03.2019 before the Special Court, Satara.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, Mr. Dalvi, learned counsel for the Appellants does not press these Appeals. However, seeks liberty to renew his prayer in the event, any occasion arises.

The Appeals are, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
