P.C.:­ The learned counsel appearing for the respective Applicants submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 5th December, 2018, the Applicants have deposited the said amount of Rs.3,25,000/­ each in the Registry of this Court. The prosecution is seeking custody of the Applicants basically for the recovery of the said alleged defalcated amount. Prima facie, it appears that the investigation of the present crime qua 1/2
