Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has invited our attention to averments made in paragraph 6 of the affidavit dated 6th February, 2021 filed by his client and would submit that the Chief Secretary, OBC Welfare, Mantralaya be directed to consider the recommendations dated 17th January, 2011 as well as the recommendations dated 10th August, 2020 and 9th September, 2020 to start the 11th and 12th standard Arts and Science Higher Secondary Ashram School (Junior College) by the Petitioner. 2.
The Chief Secretary, OBC Welfare, Mantralaya is directed to consider the recommendations dated 17th January, 2011, 10th August, 2020 and 9th September, 2020 to start the 11th and 12th Sonali

An order that will be passed by the Chief Secretary, OBC Welfare, Mantralaya shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the Writ Petition and the recommendations referred therein. All the contentions of both the parties are kept open. If the order that will be passed by the Chief Secretary, OBC Welfare, Mantralaya is adverse to the Petitioner, Petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
