By this Interim Application, the Applicants seek to amend the writ petition by adding additional grounds and prayers. 2.

Since the petition is not yet admitted, we are inclined to allow this Interim Application and is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). It is made clear that merely granting permission to carry out amendment, Respondents are not deemed to have Husen Page 1 of 2

904 WP 15028 OF 2022.doc admitted any of the averments and contentions in the Interim Application. The issue of delay in challenging the Award is also kept open.

Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. The copies served upon the Respondents also to be amended simultaneously. The Respondents would be at liberty to file an additional affidavit in reply to the amended portion of the petition and prayers within two weeks from the date of service of amended copies. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter.
