The appellants had earlier approached this Court by Criminal Appeal No.1037/2022. After arguing for some time, their appeal was withdrawn on 19.10.2022. There is no change in circumstance and, therefore, I am not entertaining this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants also does not press this appeal and seeks withdrawal of the same. His only request is that after their arrest or surrender, Deshmane(PS)

1.APEAL-1194-22.odt if they prefer an application for bail it may be directed to be decided expeditiously. This request is reasonable. 2.

The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. If the appellants surrender or if they are arrested and if they prefer an application for bail, with advance notice to the other side, such bail application be decided at the earliest. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
