By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks implementation of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 by framing appropriate Rules thereunder. 2.

The matter was adjourned on several occasions to enable the State Government to frame rules, as sought for, in the petition. 3.
