2] Grievance is made in letter dated 17/11/2015. 3] In this situation, interest of justice can be met with by directing Superintendent of concerned Prison to proceed as per medical advice in the matter of treatment of Prisoner as also diet. 4] With this direction and with liberty to Prisoner to approach again, if his grievance survives even thereafter, we dispose of the present Petition.
