In Sessions Case No. 130 of 2020, appellant was convicted for an offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life. 3.

From the perusal of the evidence of Doctor i.e. PW6 who is examined at Exh. 47, PW1 suffered four injuries, which were simple in nature.

We are informed that the appellant was released on bail during the trial. In view of above, sentence stands suspended and the

ORDER

i) The Applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

ii) Till the hearing of the appeal is concluded, the Appellant to remain outside the jurisdiction of the Police Station.
