GP submits that being covered by the Government Resolutions dated November 3, 2016 read with May 11, 2018, compensation amount as enhanced being within the multiple of four times the originally awarded amount, this appeal is being withdrawn. Learned Addl. GP informs that the amounts deposited in this matter also stand withdrawn. 2.

In these circumstances, this first appeal is finally disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per Rules.
