C.:- 1) Mr.Gavand, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the investigation of present crime is completed and charge sheet is ready to be filed, however in view of the Order dated 16th September 2016, it has not been filed till today. That, during the course of investigation sufficient material is found against the Petitioner to indict him in the present crime. That, if this Court grants leave to file charge sheet it will be filed within three weeks from the date of uploading of present Order on the official website of Bombay High Court.
