Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP representing the State-respondent. By filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to espouse the cause of general public by describing various alleged illegalities, said to have been committed in the functioning of Mahalung Shreepur Nagar Panchayat, Mahalung, Tal- Malashiras, District Solapurrespondent no.4. 2.

Raising grievance, the petitioner appears to have made a representation to various authorities, which has been annexed at page nos.151 to 166 of this writ petition as Exhibit-N.

We thus disposed of the instant writ petition with the direction to the appropriate authority in the concerned Ministry of the State to look into the said representation and take appropriate decision which may be warranted under law. 4.

To facilitate decision under this order, the petitioner is directed to furnish another copy of the representation (Exhibit - N to writ petition) to the Secretary of the Department concerned within fortnight.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
