Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks to set aside the order dated 03.12.2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which the Civil Application (ST) No.16945/2014 came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the Applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

906.2870.18-caf.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a.

Order dated 03.12.2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. b.

Civil Application (ST) No.16945/2014 is restored to file for hearing on merits.

c.

The Applicant to remove all office objections including service on other side in Civil Application (ST) No.16945/2014 on or before 26.04.2019, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

e.

No order as to costs.
