This petition is already disposed of by order dated 19th April 2024. The petition was directed to be listed for compliance as directed by order dated 18th June 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compliance is made and the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs. 1,02,000/- in the Civil Court at Sindhudurg.

The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,02,000/- deposited by the petitioner.

The amount shall be paid to the respondent on production of authenticated copy of this order. The petitioner shall serve copy of

In view of the aforesaid compliance, nothing further remains for consideration. Hence, office is directed to remove the petition from the board.
