By the impugned order, all that the Assistant Charity Commissioner has held that the change reports, which are filed prior in point of time, will be decided prior to taking up the change report, which the Petitioner states should be taken on priority basis. As against the procedural order of this nature, there is no warrant to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
