The petitioner (original plaintiff) is filed an application for temporary injunction in Regular Civil Suit No.1232 of 2015. Both the Courts below have rejected petitioner's application for temporary injunction. With the result, since 31st July 2017 there is no injunction in favour of petitioner; however, keeping all contentions raised in the petition open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petition stands disposed of. 2.
