This review petition seeks review of a common order passed by this Court in two writ petitions herein. By the order under review, Rule was made absolute in Writ Petition No.4365 of 2017 and the impugned orders of the Labour Court and the Industrial Court were quashed and set aside. So far as the companion petition filed by the Pg 1 of 2

rpwl31741-18.doc Review Petitioner herein is concerned, namely, Writ Petition No.7840 of 2017, Rule was discharged and the petition was dismissed. No new material or evidence is pointed out in the review petition, which was either not before the Review Petitioner and could not be produced, despite exercise of due diligence, when the order under review was passed by this Court. There is no error apparent on the face of the record and there is no mistake, which calls for a review of the order. The review petition is dismissed.
