The Arbitrator has addressed a communication to the parties recusing himself from the arbitration reference. In the premises, Mr Bharat Namdevrao Jagtap, retired Principal District and Sessions Judge, is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between parties.
