Petition challenges order dated 22nd July, 2019 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner remanding proceedings before the Assistant Charity Commissioner for fresh decision.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 would place on record copy of order dated 4th July, 2022 by which the Assistant Charity Commissioner has decided the proceedings by allowing the change report. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for determination in the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous leaving open all the contentions raised therein.
