DATE: FEBRUARY 12, 2020 P.C.:- 1] I am informed that after the order impugned was passed on 10/10/2018 directing payment of maintenance of Rs 25,000/- per month, Family Court has reduced the amount of maintenance to Rs 18,000/-.

2] In the aforesaid backdrop, nothing survives in the Petition. Petition stands disposed of. However, parties are at liberty to question the order dated 22/10/2019 awarding maintenance of Rs 18,000/- per month. Petitioner-husband will also be at liberty to seek installments of the payment of arrears of maintenance from the court below. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J. ) 1/1
