Praecipe dated 19th January, 2022 is moved by the learned counsel for the Petitioner for Speaking to Minutes of Judgment/order dated 13th January, 2022. Request made is correct. 2.

In paragraph No. 21 (Operative Order), in Clause (e), the words "Co-operative Court" needs to be substituted with the words, "Trial Court", and the word, "dispute" needs to be substituted with the word "Suit".

Accordingly, after correcting the same clause (e) would read as under:- "With above observations, Trial Court to decide the Suit". 4.

The Judgment dated 13th January, 2022 be corrected accordingly. Rest of the Judgment/Order remains as it is.
