---------- CORAM : DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, J.
DATE : 25th JUNE 2019.
P.C. :
The appellants are the accused in Crime No. 406 of 2018 on the file at Kurduwadi Police Station, District Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 327, 323, 504, 506, 34 of IPC and 3 (1) (R) (S) and 3 (2) (V) (A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Faced with imminent arrest, the appellants filed 1/2
Seema 904. Cri. Appeal 1336 of 2018.odt Criminal Bail application No. 494 of 2018 before the Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi, under Section 438 of Cr. PC. When the learned Sessions Judge dismissed that application through its order dated 22.10.2018, the appellants have filed this Criminal Appeal. This Court earlier, after going through the records found it a fit case for the Court to grant an interim bail. And that interim bail granted on 02.11.2018 still continues.
3. The learned APP informs the Court that the Police have already completed the investigation save the formality of filing the charge-sheet.
4. Going by the fact that this Court has already granted an interim bail and the learned APP's submission that the investigation has been completed, I reckon this appeal can be disposed of by making absolute the interim bail. I accordingly, dispose of the appeal.
