The caste verification concerning the Petitioner is pending before the District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Ratnagiri (Respondent No.2).

Learned AGP, on instructions states that Respondent No.2 will dispose of the proceedings before it within six weeks from today i.e. on or before 26th August 2024.

Accordingly, the Petitioner should co-operate with the Respondent No.2 to facilitate the early disposal of the caste verification claim.
