Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner after arguing the Writ Petition for some time states that his Appeal is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Gram Panchayat Pune Division, Pune. He states that if the said Appeal is expedited, he will not press for the reliefs which are sought in the present Writ Petition. 2.

Accordingly, the Additional Commissioner, Gram Panchayat Pune Division, Pune is requested to decide the Gram Panchayat Appeal challenging the order of Collector of Kolhapur in Dispute Application No.23 of 2022 pending before him expeditiously and in any event, on or before 29th February 2024.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
