DECEMBER 06, 2021 P.C. :- Mr. Bandiwadekar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7, on instructions, states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 1 st July, 2014, his clients have already forwarded the proposal to respondent No.3 - Deputy Director of Education (Secondary & Higher Secondary) on 18th December, 2017. He further states that pursuant to the said proposal submitted by his clients, Deputy Director of Education heard the matter and the order came to be passed.

Learned counsel, on instructions, states that if according to the Deputy Director of Education the said proposal was not in a particular format, his clients are ready and willing to submit the fresh proposal as per the format required by the Deputy Director of Education within one week from the date of such communication.

Learned AGP agrees to convey the format, if any, within one week from today for submitting the same by respondent Nos.5 to 7. Accordingly, she submits that respondent Nos.5 to 7 may be directed to submit the proposal in the format, if any, within one week thereafter. 1/2

In view thereof, if the proposal is sent in the format as required by the State Government, the Deputy Director of Education is directed to dispose of the same within four weeks from the date of submission of the proposal by respondent Nos.5 to 7 .

With these directions, Contempt Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.

If there is deliberate non-compliance of this order by respondent Nos.5 to 7 or by the Deputy Director of Education, petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh Petition.
