The prayer is limited on the ground that Revision Application is pending before the Hon'ble Minister since long and it is not yet decided. The dispute is with respect to payment of royalty and excavation of sands, as permitted. The Appeal in this respect filed by the petition was dismissed by order dated 3rd January, 2013 by Additional Commissioner, Konkan Region, Mumbai. Being aggrieved Revision was preferred before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai. The learned Assistant 1/2
wp-265-15 Government Pleader do not dispute that Revision Application pending since 14th February, 2013. So prayer for expeditious hearing of the Revision Application pending before the Revenue Minister, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai being Revision Application No.Pra.ka.No.366/Khani/2013, challenging the order dated 3rd January, 2013, passed by the Additional Commissioner Konkan Division, Mumbai in Appeal/Desk/MNL/13/2011, and against the judgment and order dated 30th November, 2010, passed by the District Collector, Sindhudurg in Remand Appeal bearing No.Appeal/Desk17/Khani/SR/15/2010. The Revision pending as stated above is disposed of as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
