Motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 3 May 2024. It is pointed out that Regular Civil Suit No.201 of 2023 referred to in paragraph 2 of the order is instituted by Mr. Sambhaji Kisan Karande in his own capacity as Plaintiff and the same is merely filed through Smt. Nirmala Hanmant Karande as his constituted attorney.

Accordingly paragraph 2 of the order dated 3 May 2024 be deleted and be replaced as under:

"The Respondents who are personally present before the Court make a statement that Regular Civil Suit No.201 of 2023 filed by Mr. Sambhaji Kisan katkam Page No.

Order be corrected and read accordingly.
